TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT OF PLATTERS & BOXES
Full payment must be received in order to secure your platter/box booking. Receipt of payment will be provided thereafter to secure your booking.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES
If you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements/allergies please state these upon booking so we can cater for all needs where possible. Please note we are unable to cater for individuals with either nut or sesame allergies.
DEPOSIT FOR GRAZING TABLES
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the full balance due no later than seven working days prior to the event; unless agreed otherwise. Tables will not be secured until the deposit is received by us.
TABLES, PROPS & INVENTORY
A suitable table must be provided by the client at the venue. However, we can provide a table if agreed at the booking stage. Props to dress your grazing table can also be supplied at an extra cost, ie: foliage.
The client must sign an inventory sheet upon completion of set up. Any lost or damaged equipment/props will incur a charge. All equipment must be collected by us or returned by the client within 2 workings days.
PLATES, CUTLERY AND NAPKINS
The Grazing Kitchen do not supply plates, cutlery or napkins, unless agreed during the booking stage as an additional extra.
SET UP OF GRAZING TABLES
The Grazing Kitchen require between 1-3 hours to unload and set up and style your table prior to the event. Timings vary dependant on size of table, this will be confirmed at booking stage. Once set up, your grazing table can be enjoyed for 4 hours and then will need to be disposed of. Please ensure the table is set up in a cool area, out of direct sunlight.
The Grazing Kitchen are not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste. Unless otherwise agreed and paid for during the booking stage.
The Grazing Kitchen do not charge for travel in the event of setting up / collection for grazing tables.
PARKING FOR GRAZING TABLES
Onsite parking is required in order for us to un-load and set up/collect inventory thereafter. If there is limited or no parking onsite, please do let us know upon booking so we can try to make other arrangements, the client/customer may be responsible for these costs.
The Grazing Kitchen will not accept refunds, unless we, the Company cannot fulfil the booking. Date changes will be considered given sufficient notice and availability within the same year. All deposits are non refundable and your booking will not be confirmed until payment of the deposit is received.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, phone number.)
When you conduct a transaction on our website via the enquiry, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address and telephone number via our enquiry form. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your booking, to troubleshoot problems with your booking, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our Company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone or text message.
